I know that with themes, an unlock pkg will unlock the theme, but it will relock once you switch to another theme. I guess it's good for that one time, then you have to use the unlock pkg again. I'm assuming that it's because the files are decrypted even after rebooting, 'cause the theme still works, even without hen. Funny thing is Savini Jason was already in the games CD but it was only a DLC for the people that signed up with a developers before The game was released.

Rain can now block after using either version of the H2O Buff, but damage bonus has been slightly reduced for the EX version to prevent it from being too powerful. It should now be neutral on block. Scorpion OLD F's last hit is now special cancellable.
To further complement the change above, F's last hit is slightly faster. Spear both versions recovery frames on block have been reduced. NEW Spear's recovery frames on block have been slightly increased.

EX Ball is now unblockable from the get go, no need to hold it for a certain amount of time to make it unblockable.
