I could register a complaint through its customer care and a ticket was raised but then there is no action. I just got an sms ensuring me the fastest resolution of my issue and a link was provided in the sms which was sent to track the registered issue through this app.
I installed this app and logged in to my account but I cant see anything related to issue tracking. Looks like the app is just made to trap the users by promoting to take their broadband connection.
Hence the app becomes useless. This app shows just 2 star ratings but still they are shameless and are so lagging to provide user a better experience.
